Welcome to Tombola Casino, home of our own Bingo and Arcade games, a welcome bonus on your first deposit, free games and Playmates rewards for inviting friends.
We make all our games for you here, which means you can't play them with other operators online. Choose a traditional bingo game like bingo90 or bingo80, more chances to win in bingo 75 Lines and bingo60, or something truly unique like Pulse or Blocks. On tombola arcade, all our slot games are built in-house, made to be quick, clever and good fun.
Game provider: tombola, in-house. We make all our games for you here.
Try Pulse, a fast paced favourite from just 10p, with chances to win Jackpots up to £20,000. Paper is our penny bingo game from only 1p, and bingo75 Lines gives you 5 prizes to be won in every game.
Roulette is our fun twist on the classic casino game, made for bingo fans and Arcade players alike. You can spin from 5p to £10, with 10 ways to play in every game and wins of up to 36x your chip bet.
New players who make a deposit get a 100% bonus on top of their first deposit, up to a maximum of £50, on both our Bingo and Arcade products. The minimum first deposit is £10, so a £10 deposit brings £10 in bonus money and a £50 deposit brings £50. You can deposit more than £50, but bonus money is applied only to the first £50. You must accept the bonus while making your first deposit, the offer is awarded on your first deposit only and it is limited to one per tombola account. We may refuse the offer to any player for any reason or withdraw it at any time.
With the same first deposit you get one Free Play for every £1 deposited from £10 up to £50, which is a maximum of 50 Free Plays. Free Plays are rounded down, so a deposit of £14.99 brings 14 Free Plays. Each first-deposit Free Play has a value of 10p and can be used on any slot game. Free Plays are used before your real money, and real money is used before your bonus balance. They expire after 7 days, when any unused Free Plays are removed from your account. Free Plays cannot be withdrawn, and a suspended account does not receive them.
There are no wagering requirements on what you win, so your winnings can be withdrawn at any time under our usual withdrawal conditions, and anything won with bonus funds is converted into real funds. Bonus funds themselves can never be withdrawn. If you still hold bonus funds when you make a withdrawal, you forfeit that bonus, and this cannot be reversed. Any unused bonus is also forfeited when an account is closed.
Bonus funds cannot be used on tombola Arcade Roulette, Blackjack, Hamster Race, Quid Games, Squad Games, Slingo, tombola Roulette or any Crash game. Bonus funds used to buy bingo tickets do not add to the game prize pool. You can still win the prizes shown on the board, jackpots included, but if you are the only player in a game using bonus funds there may be no game prize to win, although the jackpot stays open under the usual rules of that game.
You must be 18 or over to take part in our promotions and competitions, and underage entries are void. Every promotion is limited to one entry per customer, and fraudulent or multiple entries, or entries that break the promotional terms, are not accepted. Promotions are available at our discretion. We can restrict a promotion to any person or amend its terms at any time, but neither change adversely affects players who have already started wagering under it. If we email you to exclude you from promotions, you no longer qualify for them, yet you keep the benefit of any promotion you had already qualified for or started qualifying for. We can also withdraw or vary a promotion to comply with a decision of a judicial or regulatory body.
If we believe an entrant has used more than one username or is involved in fraudulent or illegal activity, we can exclude them from promotions and from our site, cancel the accounts involved and withhold any prize or bonus. Where a customer can guarantee wins or profits with little or no risk, benefits through more than one account or shows irregular playing patterns we consider abusive, we may close the accounts, invalidate the affected game play and withhold the winnings from it. For irregular play we can withhold any withdrawals and confiscate all winnings.
Playmates is our refer-a-friend scheme. A friend who already plays with us can send you a personal free £5 code, and as a new player you do not need to enter debit card details or make a deposit to claim it. Register, enter the unique code when asked, and a £5 free bonus is credited to your account. You need to use the code within 7 days of registering, each code can be used only once, and more than three incorrect attempts in one day block further attempts until the next day. If you registered with a promotional free £5 leaflet, you cannot also redeem the £5 Playmates bonus. If your friend names a referrer by username rather than by code, the referrer can still earn rewards but the new player does not receive the free £5.
Once you have deposited £20 and spent £20 of real money yourself, you get five free £5 codes to share, with five available at any one time. A redeemed code is replaced by a new one after the person who used it deposits and spends £20 of real money. Players who have not deposited do not receive codes, but they can invite friends by username to earn the £20 bonus money prize and ongoing prizes. If all your codes are redeemed, friends can enter your username instead and you still earn those prizes, but they do not get the free £5. Playmates is open to customers aged 18 and over who live in the UK, and the referring and referred players must have accounts registered in the same country.
The referred customer must deposit £20 and spend £20 of real money before any Playmates prize reaches the referrer, including the initial £20 bonus money and ongoing prizes. They also have to be a new player who names you as their Playmate within 7 days of registering. Only one Playmate can be named, and someone you have already referred cannot be named as your referrer. Playmates cannot be changed, even if they stop playing, although an obvious typing error made within 7 days can in some cases be corrected by our Customer Services team.
Prizes are triggered only for referrers who placed a stake on one of our games within the 6 months before the trigger, otherwise those prizes are forfeited. If we disable a player's account, Playmates prizes are suspended until the account is active again. Ongoing prizes last 365 days or 12 months from the first time your friend enters your username or code, and referral prizes can take up to 24 hours to arrive. Wins in our free-to-play games, including Free Bingo, Super Spins and Free For All, and wins on tombola Roulette do not earn Playmates rewards. Playmates bonus money and Free Play prizes cannot be withdrawn and follow the same cash-first and forfeiture rules as our welcome bonus funds.
By referring friends, you and they agree that we may share your betting activity with each other for this promotion only, and you need to tell a friend about this before they open an account with your code. We can cease, change or withdraw Playmates at any time. We tell you about significant changes before they take effect and ask you to agree to them at your next login, and if you do not agree you should leave our sites.
On bingo, each time your friend wins £20 or more on any prize you win a £2 Playmates bonus money prize. A £50+ jackpot win brings you £10, a £100+ jackpot brings £20 and a £500+ jackpot brings a £50 Playmates bonus money prize. On Arcade, each win of £100 or more by your friend brings you a £2 Playmates bonus money prize.
Free Bingo and Super Spins are open to players aged 18 or over who live in the UK, whether or not they have deposited, and are not available to players living in the Republic of Ireland. Free For All is open to depositing and non-depositing customers aged 18 or over with an account with us. New players go through age and identity checks before playing any of the three, and Super Spins and Free For All can each be played on one account only.
Free Bingo appears at designated times that vary from day to day and week to week, and when it is available a game launcher icon shows on our homepage and all games page. Press Enter for free at the start of each game you want to play to receive one strip of six tickets. Each game has One Line, Two Line and Full House prizes of a fixed amount that can change from game to game, and prizes are shared if more than one player wins at the same time. Prizes are paid in real money with no wagering requirements and go into your withdrawable balance as soon as the game ends. If you are disconnected, the game plays on your behalf and any prize is paid, and if you reconnect mid-game it catches up to the current position. A technical malfunction on our side during play voids all plays, while such a malfunction after the game has finished means prizes are honoured in line with the recorded game result.
While Super Spins is running, you can play it once a day, between midnight and the end of the day UK time, by pressing the Play button to receive your game ticket. Prizes are a mix of Free Plays, bonus and real money, with no wagering requirements, and the prize pot is not shared with any other game. Super Spins Free Plays are valued at £0.10 each, can be used on any slot game except Roulette and expire after 7 days. Once you have used your Free Plays, you begin staking real cash. Prizes under £50 are credited as bonus money, which cannot be withdrawn, and prizes over £50 are paid as cash to your withdrawable funds straight away after you play. Playing Super Spins on 7 consecutive days enters you into a mini game with a guaranteed streak prize of Free Plays. If you leave before finishing a game, the replay function in the lobby shows the original game and its game number. A suspended account receives no Free Plays or bonus funds from Super Spins.
Free For All is a free promotional game with two parts, a daily game and a weekly bingo-style game, and it is not a version of any of our pay-to-play games. When it is running, each customer can play once a day. Press the press to play button in the daily game, and matching 3 symbols makes you eligible for a prize. Each symbol carries a bingo number that may match a number on your weekly bingo card, collected numbers stay from Monday to Sunday and a full house earns a prize. Free For All pays a mix of bonus and cash prizes, none of them carrying wagering requirements, split at £50 in the same way as Super Spins. A suspended account receives no bonus funds from Free For All. While a Free For All Everyone's a Winner promotion is running, you can claim one Free For All ticket and every player is guaranteed a bonus money or real money prize in the daily game.
Your Super Spins or Free For All ticket is allocated as soon as you press Play, and if the game is interrupted after that, for example because you exit or lose your connection, it counts as played. Winnings then appear in the transaction history in My Account under the matching filter. Bonus money from Super Spins and Free For All follows the same cash-first order, forfeiture rule and game exclusions as our welcome bonus funds.
If Free Bingo, Super Spins or Free For All malfunctions or does not run as intended because of a technical issue on our side, we make every endeavour to put it right as soon as possible. For Free Bingo and Free For All, we accept no responsibility for technical difficulties on your side that stop you taking part. If a player breaks the rules by creating more than one account to play Free Bingo or Super Spins more than once, we close those accounts and void the winnings from those games. Taking part in any of these games means you accept its terms alongside our General Terms. Free Bingo and Super Spins are governed by United Kingdom law, and the courts of the United Kingdom have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them. Acting reasonably, we can change, suspend or cancel Free Bingo at any time because of a third party's illegal activity, technical difficulties or other reasons beyond our control.
You deposit with a valid debit card registered in your own name that you are authorised to use. We accept Visa debit, MasterCard debit and Visa Electron, and we do not accept credit cards, prepaid cards or American Express. All deposits are made in Pound Sterling GBP, including from the Republic of Ireland, and any exchange rate or charges come from your bank, while we never charge you for making a deposit. Your first deposit by debit card must be at least £10.00, and the most you can deposit at one time with any method is £300. You can register up to four payment methods, with one active payment method at any one time. To deposit, sign in, open My Account, choose Add funds and enter the amount.
Apple Pay becomes available once you have added your personal debit card and made your first deposit by card. To switch to it, your account balance needs to be less than £30, so withdraw anything above £30 to the debit card you used for your first deposit, then tap Set up Apple Pay under Manage Payment Methods in My Account. You authorise each Apple Pay deposit with credentials already stored on your Apple device, such as Face ID or Touch ID, and we do not charge you for using Apple Pay. You can connect one Apple Pay account.
PayPal remains available only to existing customers who already have a PayPal account registered with us, and we no longer allow PayPal to be added as a new payment method. PayPal deposits start at £20.00, and PayPal expires on your account if you have not used it within the last 6 months. If you switch from PayPal to a Visa or MasterCard debit card, you cannot switch back, and once used with us a registered PayPal account cannot be updated.
Your net deposit amount is your total deposits minus your total withdrawals each week, and it cannot exceed £300 per week. For example, depositing £100 and withdrawing £20 in a week leaves a net deposit amount of £80, while depositing £300 without any withdrawals means no further deposits that week. If your only registered payment method is also your primary one, you may not be able to remove it, but with a balance below £30 you can add a new method or switch to another registered one before deleting the old one.
To withdraw, open My Account, select withdraw, enter an amount from your withdrawable funds balance and press withdraw funds. The minimum account withdrawal is £10 unless you are closing your account. When closing, you can request the remaining balance, and the minimum withdrawal then is £2.00, which represents a fee covering our administrative costs. Withdrawals go only to your active payment method.
You can withdraw at any time provided your deposits have cleared and have not been charged back, reversed or cancelled, we have completed our verification checks, no law, regulation or regulator requires us to withhold the payment, and there is no ongoing investigation, or a completed one not decided in your favour, into an error, interruption or malfunction in games you used or into prohibited activity. Where such an investigation applies, we may void affected transactions, withhold funds including winnings and, for illegal or prohibited activity, suspend or close your account. Once you request a withdrawal, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances, and by law we cannot re-credit those funds to your account. Some of our games have maximum winnings limits that apply regardless of your stake, and each limit depends on the particular game.
How long a withdrawal takes depends on the payment method you used and on your bank or card provider. Most withdrawals to Visa Debit and Mastercard Debit complete within a few minutes, though with some banks it can take up to 4 hours. Withdrawals to a registered card can take up to 3-5 working days, so we are unable to guarantee the timing. You can withdraw up to £20,000 to a card, and if your withdrawal is more than £20,000 we send the rest by cheque. Visa Electron withdrawals usually take 3 to 5 business days to appear in your bank. If a card withdrawal seems to be missing, we can start an investigation once the 5th working day has passed, so speak to us on live chat.
If Apple Pay is your registered payment method, withdrawals go back to the same Apple Pay. Timing depends on the type of card linked to your Apple Pay account, requests may need up to 3-5 working days to process, and a single Apple Pay withdrawal cannot exceed £20,000.
If PayPal is your registered payment method, you can withdraw only back to that same PayPal account. These withdrawals can take up to 3 days, and you can withdraw up to £5,000 in a single PayPal transaction.
If something goes wrong with a withdrawal, it can take up to 24 hours for the failed payment to show. We then try your chosen method again first and, if it still does not work, raise a bank transfer instead. Where your card has become invalid, we email you no less than 24 hours after the withdrawal to arrange the transfer, or you can enter your bank details directly on the withdraw page. A bank transfer withdrawal is available only when a card withdrawal is unsuccessful. The bank account must be in your own name, as we cannot pay a bank transfer to a third party, and you need to give an accurate sort code and account number. We verify your bank details through Worldpay, and once submitted and verified they cannot be changed, while incorrect details can cause delays or failed transactions. We never ask for your bank details on live chat or by phone. Bank transfers can take 3-5 working days, often less, and they are free of charge. If nothing has arrived after 5 working days from adding your bank details, speak with our Customer Services team.
If a bank transfer fails, we send the amount by cheque to the address registered on your account, so keep that address accurate and up to date.
An account becomes dormant when it has not been logged in to for 24 months or more, and we email you at least 30 days beforehand. On a dormant account all bonus funds are removed, and if there is no outstanding balance the account is closed. If there is a balance, we make every reasonable effort to send it to you using your last known payment details. Only if we cannot do so, we apply an Account Maintenance Fee of £3.00 per month, or the remaining balance if it is under £3.00, deducted in arrears within 10 working days of the following month. The fee continues until the account becomes active again or reaches a nil balance, at which point it closes. Logging in at any point resets your inactivity period and stops further fees, though fees already paid are not refunded.
Funds in a disabled account remain yours, and if you contact us we refund the balance unless we are entitled to withhold it. A disabled account that has been inactive for 7 consecutive years is deleted, and we still process a refund of a balance you can evidence on the same basis.
To play our games you register and open an account with us. You must be at least 18 years of age and live in the United Kingdom or the Republic of Ireland, and people located outside these places may not use our games. When you register, we ask for a valid mobile number, your date of birth, your first and last name, your full residential address, a valid email address and a chosen password. Your details must be accurate and kept up to date, the account is for your personal use only and cannot be sold or transferred, and you must not be self-excluded or otherwise barred from gambling with us or our corporate group. Playing carries a risk of losing money, and that risk is yours.
You may have only one account with us. If we find a duplicate account, we close it or the original so that you keep one, or close all of them where accounts were opened deliberately or fraudulently. Bonuses and bonus winnings on a duplicate account are treated as void, and its future or unsettled wagers are voided.
We are required to check your age, identity, address, location, financial circumstances and the source of the funds you deposit and use, and we may also run other credit, fraud prevention and verification checks. These checks can happen when you register or at any time afterwards, and you agree to send any information we reasonably ask for promptly. For source of funds we accept proof of income, such as a bank statement showing regular salary or rental income into the account you pay from, a savings declaration such as a bank or investment portfolio statement, or proof of winnings from another gambling operator shown in your bank account. Until our checks are complete, we restrict or limit your account as we reasonably see fit, which can include blocking access to our games, transactions or withdrawals. If the checks cannot be completed, your account is suspended and may ultimately be closed, and a regulator or authority may require us to withhold funds.
You can set your own daily, weekly or monthly limits in My Account under Safeplay. Your Deposit Limit is the maximum amount you can put into your account over a set period. It counts every deposit you make, regardless of any withdrawals, and once you reach it you cannot deposit again until the period resets. Your Net Deposit Limit tracks deposits after withdrawals have been taken off, applies across our Bingo and Arcade sites and blocks any deposit that would take your net total over it. The two limits work together, so set your Net Deposit Limit lower than your Deposit Limit, and whichever limit you reach first is the one that applies.
Lowering a limit takes effect straight away, even when the limit is locked. Raising one takes 24 hours, after which you log back in and accept the change, and if you decline the increase your previous limit stays. You can lock a limit in place for up to 12 months, and while it is locked you cannot raise it. Our customer services team is unable to alter limits you have set. For these limits a week runs from midnight at the start of Monday to the end of Sunday, and a day runs from midnight to midnight.
A Stake Limit is the maximum amount you want to stake per single game on bingo or Arcade. It takes immediate effect and stays in place until you change it. Values range from 5p to £2 for players aged 18 to 24 and from 5p to £5 for players aged 25+, with Arcade limits available from 5p and bingo limits from 25p. Turning off your Stake Limit or raising the amount means a 24-hour cool off applies before you can confirm the change. You can also lock it for a set period, and while it is locked you can still lower it at any time but cannot increase it until the lock ends. You switch it on under Stake Limits in Safeplay.
Time Keeper, found in Safeplay, can be set to 1, 2 or 3 hours. Once it is on, its clock starts when you make a real money gaming transaction, and after your chosen time has passed the notification appears when you next try to make one. It gives you three options, continue to play, view transaction history or close your game, and you can increase, decrease or switch off Time Keeper at any time. We also have a Reality Check pop up that lets you know when you have been playing for an hour, even if you have not set a timer with Time Keeper.
Game Freeze lets you block yourself from any number of games across our Bingo and Arcade sites, in any combination. Sign in, open Safeplay on our website or app, select Game Freeze and tick the games you want to freeze. There is no time limit on a freeze. When you untick a game, there is a 24-hour cool off before you can play it again, and Game Freeze does not remove your access to the chat rooms.
Cooling Off lets you take a break for any period from 24 hours up to 5 months, set under Cooling Off in Safeplay. Your access to our Bingo and Arcade sites is frozen immediately and cannot be reactivated until the period has passed. Cooling Off and Self Exclusion periods can be extended but never ended early, even if a period was set by accident or you feel ready to return.
Self Exclusion closes your account for a minimum of six months and up to five years, or permanently. You can set it in My Account under Safeplay or by calling our Customer Support team on Freephone 0800 29 888 73, who receive problem gambling and social responsibility training through our association with GamCare. Once requested, the decision is irreversible, your account is closed for the selected period and you no longer have access to our games or to My Account. We return your remaining balance under our withdrawal policy, and our teams cannot remove a Self Exclusion before it expires. During Self Exclusion you do not qualify for any bonuses or promotions, and within two days you are removed from our marketing databases, with no marketing sent until the period is over and you have asked to return. A permanent exclusion is permanent, we never reactivate that account for any reason and we prevent you from creating a new one. Every Safeplay tool applies across all our sites.
When you self-exclude with us, the exclusion is replicated on accounts you hold with our Flutter family brands Paddy Power, Betfair, Sky Betting and Gaming and PokerStars, provided we can match your account details. Self-excluding with one of those brands also excludes you from our site whenever you choose an All products and family brand exclusion. If your details do not match across these brands, update them, and if you have a GamStop exclusion, make them match GamStop. We recommend applying a separate self-exclusion to any account you hold with those brands, and if you believe an account was matched wrongly, contact our customer service team.
We never assume you are ready to return once a Self Exclusion has expired. To reopen your account, contact our Safeplay team by telephone, after which a mandatory 24-hour cooling off period applies before your account is reactivated, and during it you can still cancel the reactivation. A net deposit limit is added to your account as part of returning, and our Safeplay team discusses it with you. After an exclusion of six months to five years, your Spend Limit defaults to a maximum of £500, locked in place for at least 24 hours, and an existing Spend Limit below £500 stays as it is. Reopening your account with us does not reopen excluded accounts with Sky Betting and Gaming, Paddy Power, Betfair or PokerStars, so contact each brand's customer services team once your exclusion has expired.
GamStop is a separate free service that lets you self-exclude from all UK-licensed gambling companies, provided the details you register with GamStop match those held by each operator. The National Gambling Helpline, also separate from us, is free on 0808 8020 133 and open 24 hours, 7 days a week, for anyone concerned about their own or someone else's gambling.
You must be at least 18 years of age and live in the United Kingdom or the Republic of Ireland. When you register, we ask for a valid mobile number, your date of birth, your first and last name, your full residential address, a valid email address and a chosen password. You may have only one account with us.
New players who make a deposit get a 100% bonus on top of their first deposit, up to a maximum of £50, on both our Bingo and Arcade products. The minimum first deposit is £10. With the same first deposit you also get one Free Play for every £1 deposited from £10 up to £50, a maximum of 50 Free Plays worth 10p each.
There are no wagering requirements on what you win, so your winnings can be withdrawn at any time under our usual withdrawal conditions. Bonus funds themselves can never be withdrawn, and if you still hold bonus funds when you make a withdrawal, you forfeit that bonus.
Sign in, open My Account, choose Add funds and enter the amount. We accept Visa debit, MasterCard debit and Visa Electron, and we do not accept credit cards, prepaid cards or American Express. Your first deposit by debit card must be at least £10.00, and the most you can deposit at one time with any method is £300.
Most withdrawals to Visa Debit and Mastercard Debit complete within a few minutes, though with some banks it can take up to 4 hours, and withdrawals to a registered card can take up to 3-5 working days. PayPal withdrawals can take up to 3 days. The minimum account withdrawal is £10 unless you are closing your account.
No. Once you request a withdrawal, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances, and by law we cannot re-credit those funds to your account.
In My Account under Safeplay you can set daily, weekly or monthly Deposit and Net Deposit Limits, a Stake Limit per single game and a Time Keeper of 1, 2 or 3 hours. Lowering a limit takes effect straight away, while raising one takes 24 hours.
Cooling Off lets you take a break for any period from 24 hours up to 5 months. Self Exclusion closes your account for a minimum of six months and up to five years, or permanently. You can set both in My Account under Safeplay, or call our Customer Support team on Freephone 0800 29 888 73.
You can catch our Customer Services team 24/7 via Live Chat, or call free on 0800 464 3411. The same phone number reaches our dedicated Safeplay team, who are available for a chat 24/7 through Live Help.
If our Customer Service team cannot resolve your complaint, you can ask for it to be escalated to our Customer Service Team Leader, who responds within 14 working days. Every complaint is dealt with within an overall maximum of eight weeks, and you can then escalate the matter to the Independent Betting Adjudication Service, IBAS, within six months of when the dispute arose.
